Essendant to Acquire Wholesale Business from Staples

Essendant Inc., office product distributor, has entered into an agreement to purchase contracts with minority and woman-owned office supply resellers and their large corporate and other enterprise customers from Staples Inc.
The deal would expand Essendant's nationwide footprint and represent more than US$550 in contracts a year.

What does this mean to the typical distributor? Well the first thing that comes to mind is a lot of you buy from Essendent and it sounds like you might be competing against your supplier to me...

Prove The Value of Clean

It's time that facility decision-makers stop thinking of cleaning as a cost and start thinking of it as the profit center it truly is. Use the ISSA Value of Clean® tools and information to promote cleaning as a necessary investment in better health, a better environment, and a better bottom line. The Value of Clean program won  the 2015 “Power of A” Silver Award from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
