Thanks for a great 2025!

It was quite a year at Bullen. We started in the spring with a conversion from our old ERP system to SAP Business One. There were some bumps in the road at the beginning, but they were to be expected. Things seem to be flowing quite well now.
This investment was made to better serve you—with more accurate information, improved order processing, and a smoother overall experience.
And let’s not forget about the whole AI thing, from creating advertising campaigns to product labels to videos. We hope you’ve enjoyed the tech aspect of the Sunday Sales Blast. There will be a lot more of that in 2026. Can’t wait to see what happens next.
Jancast #203 is up– Who is going to fix all of the robots? This is the uncomfortable question under all the hype. Everyone—from equipment manufacturers to building service contractors—is talking about autonomous scrubbers, AI-enabled vacuums, and robotic floor machines. But as you point out, car dealerships can’t find enough mechanics, so how exactly is the cleaning industry going to support a growing fleet of robots that break, need updates, and require routine service?

3. How to Disinfect Properly
Clean first: Remove dirt, dust, and organic material
Apply disinfectant liberally to surfaces
Follow dwell time: Let the product sit wet on the surface for the amount of time listed on the label (usually 1–10 minutes)
Air out rooms: Measles can linger in the air for hours, so proper ventilation is key
Focus on high-touch surfaces: doorknobs, light switches, chairs, handrails, remote controls, and countertops
