Are you ready for supply chain issues?
To drive sales during supply chain disruptions caused by tariffs, you’ll want to focus on adapting your strategies to meet both the challenges and opportunities these changes present. Here are several strategies you can implement:
1. Emphasize Inventory Management.
• Communicate Inventory Stability: If possible, increase your inventory in anticipation of shortages, and assure customers that your product availability won’t be as affected by supply chain issues. Highlight any efforts to ensure minimal disruption.
• Transparency with Customers: Keep your customers informed about potential delays due to tariffs. Customers appreciate honesty, and this can build long-term trust.
2. Adjust Pricing and Messaging
• Adjust Pricing for Inflationary Costs: If the tariff increases product costs, ensure that your pricing reflects these changes, but be strategic in how you communicate the increases. Customers may understand price hikes if you clearly explain the reason (tariffs) and offer alternatives to mitigate the impact.
• Promote Value Over Price: Focus on the quality, efficiency, or unique features of your products that make them worth the slightly higher price, rather than just price competition.
8. Prepare for Longer Delivery Times
• Set Realistic Expectations on Delivery: With potential delays due to tariffs, make sure your delivery timelines are updated and communicated clearly to avoid customer frustration.
By being proactive in adapting your sales strategy to the changing conditions brought about by tariffs, you can maintain customer trust, minimize disruptions, and even turn challenges into opportunities.

Clean first: Remove dirt, dust, and organic material
Apply disinfectant liberally to surfaces
Follow dwell time: Let the product sit wet on the surface for the amount of time listed on the label (usually 1–10 minutes)
Air out rooms: Measles can linger in the air for hours, so proper ventilation is key
Focus on high-touch surfaces: doorknobs, light switches, chairs, handrails, remote controls, and countertops
