If you’ve been following the Sunday Sales Class for a while, you know that we at Bullen like to use technology, particularly the new AI tools that are available. So, I asked some of my helpers to offer advice to non-tech people, and here’s what they came up with:
3 Easy Ways to Use AI to Grow Your Business (No Tech Skills Required)
You’ve probably heard all the buzz about artificial intelligence (AI), but if you’re not in IT, it can sound confusing or out of reach. The good news? You *don’t* need to be a tech expert to start using AI in ways that actually help your business grow. Here are three simple ways to get started—plus resources that make it easy.
1. Create Better Marketing Content—Faster
AI can write blog posts, social media updates, product descriptions, and emails for you. Just give it a prompt (like “Write a Facebook post for our spring sale”), and it delivers ready-to-use content in seconds.
· Try it:
· ChatGPT – Great for writing, brainstorming, and editing. https://chat.openai.com/
· Jasper AI – Aimed at marketing teams, but easy to use solo. https://www.jasper.ai/
2. Improve Customer Service with AI Chatbots
You can set up an AI chatbot on your website to answer common questions, book appointments, or direct people to the right place—24/7, no human needed.
· Try it:
· Tidio – Combines AI chatbots with live chat. https://www.tidio.com/
· ManyChat – Works with Facebook and Instagram DMs. https://www.manychat.com/
3. Turn Data into Insights
AI tools can quickly analyze sales reports, customer feedback, or website traffic to help you spot trends—like which products are selling best or when customers tend to drop off.
· Try it:
· Zoho Analytics – Connects to spreadsheets and business apps. https://www.zoho.com/analytics/
· Google Looker Studio – Free and integrates with Google Sheets, Ads, and Analytics. https://lookerstudio.google.com/
The Bottom Line
You don’t need to learn code or hire a tech team to start using AI. With a little curiosity and the right tools, you can save time, improve customer service, and make smarter business decisions.

3. How to Disinfect Properly
Clean first: Remove dirt, dust, and organic material
Apply disinfectant liberally to surfaces
Follow dwell time: Let the product sit wet on the surface for the amount of time listed on the label (usually 1–10 minutes)
Air out rooms: Measles can linger in the air for hours, so proper ventilation is key
Focus on high-touch surfaces: doorknobs, light switches, chairs, handrails, remote controls, and countertops
