I Had No Idea You Did All That
Last week we had the opportunity to host a customer at our facility—someone who had never visited us in person before. As we walked through our operation, from product development to manufacturing to packaging and fulfillment, his reaction was something we’ve heard before but never take for granted. He simply said, “I had no idea you guys could do all of this.”
That comment stuck with me. It’s a great reminder that even long-time customers don’t always see the full picture of what we can do behind the scenes. From custom formulations and private labeling to regulatory support and real-world problem solving, our goal has always been to be more than just a supplier—we want to be a true partner to your business and, by extension, your customers.
It also raises a good question—when was the last time you did the same for your customers? When was the last time you showed them everything you’re capable of, or helped them see opportunities they may be missing? Sometimes growth doesn’t come from finding new customers, but from helping your existing ones better understand your full value. If last week was any indication, there’s a lot of opportunity sitting right in front of all of us—we just need to take the time to show it.

3. How to Disinfect Properly
Clean first: Remove dirt, dust, and organic material
Apply disinfectant liberally to surfaces
Follow dwell time: Let the product sit wet on the surface for the amount of time listed on the label (usually 1–10 minutes)
Air out rooms: Measles can linger in the air for hours, so proper ventilation is key
Focus on high-touch surfaces: doorknobs, light switches, chairs, handrails, remote controls, and countertops
